Schedule now.....didn't + strange issues

    Hi there,

    Something strange just happened with the schedule now option.

    I send the newsletter with "Schedule Now" turned on.

    I check the DNN scheduler and the Opt-In queue.  Nothing has been processed, and the time interval has passed.

    But, when you look at the stats for the newsletter, it said that it had already been sent, 1200 email sent, a couple of bouncebacks and a few unsubscribes.  All within seconds of sending.  No way could this have occurred, because nothing was sent!  The scheduler has not reported any distribution.

    The newsletter was not sent at all - I know, because I'm on the list.

    There is something seriously wrong with this module.

    Any ideas?

    Rod - Are you sure this was a bran new distribution? Yes I have not seen anything similar to this in the past and the only way I can think of this happening would be if maybe it was a previous distribution? Did anything show as 'going out' under the scheduler? Did you enable logging for the scheduler?

    Hi Chad,

    Thanks for the update.  No, nothing went out via the scheduler.

    I ended up re-sending the newsletter, this time using the "Schedule for" option and setting a specific time.

    Everything behaved as expected and all good now.
