This web site is using dynamic forms 3.0.10 to collect registration information.  There are options for the user to pay using PayPal or just provide a purchase order.  Intermittently, when users select the PayPal option some form values are not saved.  It appears as though the values being saved are the numeric values when PayPal is used and text values when the Purchase Order option is selected.

Could you please look at the following attachment and see if there is a reason you can think of why this may be happening?

Hi Jon - Are these fields that are missing when PayPal is used the text values from combo box's or radio buttons etc? If so this related to the fact that $(ShortName_Text) isn't available as a feature until the latest 3.4 release when used with PayPal. This is because the _Text property isn't actually saved directly to the database, only referenced on the form when its displayed directly... Since the user is redirected to PayPal and the data has to come back from the database this feature didn't exist. We did add features to the latest 3.4 release to fully support this new feature though so as long as you upgrade it should work as you need it to.

If you do plan to stick to 3.0 then you might want to review this work around:

    Thanks!

Thank you, Chad! I just updated to 3.4. Quick question - will this now "just work," or are there configuration changes I need to make in order to enable this?
