Simple Opt In - Email is missing

    Hi there,
    Filling in email address in the simple Opt In module and then sending it SOMETIMES works but often the new subscriber gets the message "E-mail is missing" even though the email they have  typed in is correct. Only after several attempts the e-mail gets accepted...

    Hmmm....this might be hard to figure out, especially when it works sometimes and not on other times.

    Let's start with your DNN version and your exact Opt In Email version from Host > Module Definitions, please.

    Then, do you notice any common traits when this succeeds or when it fails?  What other modules are on this page?   If you add a simple opt in to a fresh new page, do you experience the same thing?  Thanks!

    DNN version: 5.05
    Simple Opt In: 4.30.60

    other modules on the page: HTML, documents, feedback, Dynamic forms, LiveContent module.

    Deleting the OptIn module on this page and putting a new one in does not help.
    Tho module works when I am logged in as host.

    And the module seems to work just fine when putting it on a new page, as you suggested. That has solved the problem for now.

    Great to hear... If you need it added to the other page you would probably need to remove one of those modules at a time until you found out which specific module is causing the conflict...
