hi,
Opt in used 4.30
DNN version is : 5.5.1
when i use send immediately the total sent = 0
why ?
SMTP is working fine.
smtp setting is localhost / anonymous
admin > bulk email is working too.
only when using opt in is not
any advice ?

Hello Yonathan,
Can you get anything to send through Opt In Email? If you have a scheduled email campaign or newsletter will it send?
Or is it only the Send Immediately feature?
Please let me know.

Hello Ryan,
thanks for the reply,
it seems all feature is not working, the send immediately, the send through opt in, scheduled mail is also not working.
so currently we're using a DNN bulk email to send mass email.
it was working when the DNN is in version 4.9.5 and then upgraded to 5.5.1 directly.

Reinstalling it seems not working too, is there's a collision with some settings with another modules ?

Hello Yonathan,
Do you have any other modules on the page that has your Opt In Email?? It's possible that a conflict might be occurring such as jQuery conflict or AJAX conflict.

hi Ryan,
it seems the only module that being installed on this DNN 5.5.1 is bloodyflux Google Analytics, no other, i disabled it but it seems still not working.
any suggestion ? |
