Running ASP 4.0 get this error, Reinstalled everything with same result. Any idear???

When you say you're running ASP 4.0, you're stating that you're using .net framework 4.0 correct?? What is version of DNN are you currently running on?

Hi. Another customer just reported this as well and apparently this has to do with changes within the 4.0 framework that Opt In Email doesn't support. We are planning to add/support the 4.0 framework within the next 2-3 weeks. We might be able to have an answer by the end of next week so please check back in then. The 4.0 framework is very new and we only have a few limited customers running on this environment yet... This kind of caught us off guard so thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hi Jan - We have a patch ready for the 4.3 release that supports the 4.0 .NET Framework. If you can please open a support ticket and/or click the Contact Us link within our site and send us an email we can get this patch over to you quickly. Just let us know your invoiceID in the email or support ticket and we will get you the updated patch. We want to test this with a few clients before we post this publicly on Snowcovered.
