Build 2.0.1.20807 / 5.6.1

Just updated to the latest dynamic view version and when ever I try to press the update button on the template tab I get the following error;

Can't makes changes or save... Help!

I have narrowed the problem down, it seems to be something to do with the header template HTML. I rebuilt the HTML from scratch and it saved fine.

Can't be sure if it is lenght of html text or a problem character, but I have noticed that the View Header Template field is a nvarchar(2000) but the update procedure is nvarchar(max).

This could be a possible cause for the error.

Hello Adam,

Yes that would be the root issue of the "truncation error". If you had more characters than the field allowed then an error would be thrown and the field would truncate.
