    I am having trouble getting a post into this forum.

    anyway, the text in the item template and the pdf template is getting cut short. is there some limit on the length of the text of the html template

    Hello sschlichter,

    I believe there's a limit on the template for PDF and the Item template. This is the table you can alter to make the size of the columns larger "DataSprings_DynamicViews" here are the column names that you will need to alter to nvarchar(max) -
    ItemTemplate and PDFTemplate.

    Hi Ryan,

    thanks for the reply.

    I tried changing to varchar(MAX) but am still having problems. When I paste the table into the PDF Template textbox, it appears fine. When I save it and run it. It cuts off the table and the pdf results are only the first few rows of the table.

    I thought perhaps, it was a max combined length of the row in the database, so I took everything out except the pdftemplate but I get the same results.

    One strange thing is that it does not cut off the html at the end. I am pasted a table and it is stripping out rows in the middle but leaving the
    close tag. I am not sure if it is stripping something out or the textbox control is just auto-supplying close tags.

    Hello Steve,

    Does you successfully alter the table columns in the database to allow NVARCHAR(MAX)?? Don't mess around with a VARCHAR, because though the name is similar the data type was an NVARCHAR and many stored procedures rely on this data type, so changing the data type of the item template and pdf template columns can have a devastating effect on your Dynamic Views module instances.
