    I have the code for viewing an email online in my emails and it gets sent out and processed. When I click on it, it takes me to a page on the site that shows me the template as if I have not filled it out.  Here's a link example that has a lot of content in the email, but you can see clearly has just a template on the site.


    Am I doing something wrong?  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Dax,

    When you send out the email, I believe you need to fill in the Non-Personalized section, too. Just copy and paste your content from the Email Message box and take out the personalized tokens if any. Try it and let us know if it solves the problem.
