Using Dynamic Forms 3.40.20 on DNN 5.02.03

I have a strange problem. I fill out the form and click submit, it appears to process but then the form clears and I am left with an empty form instead of the redirected page (redirect is set in a completion event that runs last). The data is not in the DB. If i fill in the form a second time, it submits and redirects to the page properly. I have turned on debug and it shows all of the question info, but does not show the submit query or data for the other completion events.
It's like it needs to process once to load the settings, then it submits on the second go. Has anyone else seen this?

    Hi M.,

Can you please check in Module Configuration, and make sure that AJAX and jQuery are disabled? If jQuery is already disabled and still works that way, please try setting it to question events only or the other option and see if it makes a difference. Please let us know what happens.

    Thanks!
    Candace

Candace, I have tried a few variations of those settings and it seems to be working fine now. Thank You!
Here are the settings that I am using:

Disable AJAX within module configuration:   unchecked

Form Processing/ Submission AJAX:  Form Processing(Question Events only)

    Disable Jquery:  checked
