Hi Reuben, From the Main Module where you manage subscribers, you'll find a setting that says "notify staff of new subscriptions" under Module Configuration, General Settings. You'll be able to specify the staff email address to send the notices to. Then go down to Layout Settings and swtich to Manage System Emails. From here, you can create your own email for staff notification. I'm not sure that we have a feature to notify when someone unsubscribes. I also don't know that we can send an admin notification when a scheduled emails blast is sent out. The Send a Friend is an interesting idea. Will check with Chad about this. Thanks! Candace
