    Where is the date/time a form is submitted stored?  And, how can I add it to the standard template?

    Hi Total Golf,

    If you want a date/time stamp on the form itself, you can create a textbox, then in Advanced Field Options, set a SQL default to it. I like to use these:

    For date and time stamp:

    Select GetDate() As DefaultValue

    For date only, no time stamp:

    SELECT CONVERT( CHAR(12), GetDate(), 101) As DefaultValue

    You can then use that token to render in email events, etc.

    You can find other formats and tips here:

    Thanks for your question!

    Thanks. But where does the date/time come from that is found by default in the table showing results for a form? Can I not include that in the template?

    Does the export feature include the same fields as in the template? if not, how do I modify what is exported?

    The date stamp is not exported by default so you need the field on the form.

    You might find more info from this thread:

    Thanks!
