Disclaimer: I doubt this is a Dynamic Login issue per se, but there is a lot of confusing information on this subject around the DNN forums and I figured that you guys probably know the real situation. So why not ask I thought?
I have a site based on DNN 4.9.5 that is used as an internal resource site. The users, as always, are crap at remembering passwords so it is set to allow autocomplete on the login page. Not ideal but they insist. And it works quite happily.
We are redeveloping the site to use a better document management module and the new version has been built on DNN 5.6.1 with Dynamic Login (3.5.1). No matter what I do I cannot get autocomplete to work for IE browsers. It woks fine in Firefox and when I look at the page source the FORM has autocomplete="on" set.
Does anyone have any clue why this is happening - the customer is, of course, whinging bitterly about it and refusing to accept the new site until it's 'fixed'.
Any advice gratefully accepted.
