    Hi,

    I've used optin email module in my site i.e. http://fdassociates.net/Default.aspx

    After putting the mail id when I'm clicking on the submit button it's showing message

    Message Failed! Please contact support.

    can anyone please help me to resolve this?

    Hi Kaustav,

    Can you try and test email under Admin/Newsletters or Admin/Bulk Email. Then check and see if there are any errors under Admin/Event Viewer.
