if in my multilanguage portals I try to send a newsletter in "Create newsletter" with locale set to "italian" email failed to send with this exception:

If I change current portal language (flag) from ITA tu ENG it sends correctly newsletter and it works.
The problem is on datetime settings of italian DNN localization because it use "." like separator in hour and Opt-In wait a hour with ":" separator.


Webserver is set correctly with hours separator ":"

Ok maybe I found the problem in code....

In AdvancedNewsLetters.ascx.vb at row 858 entering in :

If blnSendNow = True Then
scheduledDate = Now.ToShortDateString
scheduledTime = Now.ToShortTimeString
Else

maybe the "scheduledTime" have a not valid value and throw exception.
Exception is : Conversion from string "HH.MM" to type 'Date' is not valid where HH.MM is the hours and minutes now.
You should convert datetime considering the current System.Globalization.CultureInfo

If I use "scheduled send" it works because it read values from txtScheduledDate and txtScheduledTime , it crash only when I do a "send now" then only when blnSendNow is True.
