    Hi

I ran into a situation where I would need to create a form and pass a querystring into the form. In my case, I have a request for sample form for over 28 products. I would like to pass a querystring indicating a productID number into the form so that I don't have to ask the user to select a product again since the link is coming from a product page.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

    = Reuben

    Hi,

Yes you can just choose the option under advanced question settings to retrieve from querystring. The querystring name should be the same as your fields short field name.

    Thanks!

    Chad
