Checking token values in form completion templates?

    Is there some type of conditional block that I can use to check the value of a token in a form completion (email or PDF) template?

    For example, I have a group of check boxes, and I want to generate a PDF based on which check boxes are checked. The templates are pretty much identical, except one place (ie if user checked option A, in the PDF template, option A would have a checked mark next to it).

    I know I can create multiple templates based on user response. But my checkbox has 5 options, and I don't want to have to create 32 nearly identical templates with all the possible combinations of answers.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Usually if I was going to do this I would create one completion event with the PDF and a field (or couple field tokens such as $(MyHiddenFieldToken) that represents a hidden field. Then, create client side events that have if statements and so forth (JavaSCript) so that when a checkbox is checked it would determine what items are selected and from there set the value of the hidden field to something that you want to appear based on those options within the PDF event. So this way you can dynamically set it up... and the more / different dynamic you need it to be the more you can utilize a single hidden field token or multiple ones.
