    We have a field that is supposed to automatically populate with content based on the response from a previous question. This is setup with a select SQL statement in the question events. Still works fine in dev site with DNN 6.1.2 and DF 3, does NOT work in prod site with DNN 6.1.2 and DF 4. SQL statement is exactly the same in both.

    Hi Julie - Can you share with me some details on what the SQL Statement is doing? Some security fixes were put in place within Dynamic Forms 4. 0 to protect against SQL Injection and its possible that this limits the feature sets of what you are doing.

    Are you using SQL for a field above within the query? Is that field a text box field? If so you might make it a hidden field instead of a text box field.

    Thank you for your quick reply. Here is how the fields are setup:
    The user chooses a PIN number from a dropdown list and the next field, Provider Name (a text box), should populate based on the PIN they choose.
    Under question events -
    The 'Event Type' is:
    'Set question default / return SQL response based on another questions response'
    The 'Affected Question New Default Value' ('SQL driven' option is chosen) is:
    select OfficeName as DefaultValue
    from
    hwep_DynamicForms_VFC_Providers
    where
    pin = '$(ProvidPIN)'
