    Note: this form was working correctly previously.

    This form is an order form connected to paypal sandbox and has been working great in previous test (at least 2 weeks ago).  The Save link and Submit for Later buttons options in the module configuration is NOT enabled or configured but appears when the user returns from PayPal whether they pay or cancel.

    I have the URL that was returned and I can send in an email.

    Hi Dan,

    Let me ask a few questions. Do you have a separate page to redirect to after PayPal? Do you have a redirect completion event? In Module Configuration, PayPal Gateway.this redirect completion event should be linked to the "Redirect Success" status (not completed). Can you please confirm that your settings are correct? Thanks!

    Is it possible the the completion event could lose its link to Redirect Success if the form was exported and re-imported?

    Yes, that's possible, especially if you imported into a different site. Can you verify that this was the problem?

    Well, the form was exported, developed on a test site and re-imported to the same module. I would have thought it would have kept the settings in the same module as the events were not renamed, added, or removed.

    The form is working properly now.
