http://support.datasprings.com and I can get you setup quickly if you provide us with temporary host rights.
Usually what we would do in this case is get back into the module settings by either seeing if the URL to the module settings is within the history of our browser, or by manually generating the control panel URL by first finding out the ModuleID, TabID and so forth from some back-end SQL queries etc... So, if you can't get to the control panel from your browser then open the support ticket and we can get you fixed up.
