I would recommend reviewing this blog and expanding on this logic to achieve what you need:
http://www.datasprings.com/news/blo...o-postback So what you could do is use Hidden fields to collect the querystring values and build some JavaScript to run conditions upon page load. You could utilize the Module Configuration -> Advanced Coding Options -> Custom JavaScript file -> Initial JavaScript section to run your JavaScript upon page load.
I would also recommend making certain that all of your hidden fields responsible for collecting querystring values, have the lowest sort orders on your form. You can add Textbox questions and conditionally show or hide based on the conditions that were undergone via JavaScript.
