    HI,


    I am trying to download to excel all the people who have filled out the contact us form.  When I click on the link that say: Download to excel, an error is displayed and cannot do so.

    A critical error has occurred.
    Could not find a part of the path 'd:\HostingSpaces\jim\dhierro.com\wwwroot\Portals\0\DynamicForms_Exports\6def50e2-490c-495d-8024-9a286a9ed17c.xls'.


    Dnn version - 05.06.07 (7)
    Dynamic Form Version - 3.40.50

    Can anyone please let me know how to resolve that?

    Hi Kaustav,

    When you go to Admin, File Manager, do you see a folder there called DynamicForms_Exports? If not you might want to create that folder and also verify that you are able to upload files there. It could be a file permissions issue on your server.

    The version you are running is very old an no longer support against DNN 5.6.x or 6.x so you might also consider upgrading your version of Dynamic Forms from 3.4 to the latest 4.1 release which has been tested against that version of DotNetNuke.
