    Hey everyone!

I'm running into a few errors and need some help.

I have a page with an indoo grid in which I'm passing two parameters (DSParam1 / DSParam2) to my dynamic form page.

On my very first attempt of passing my parameters the URL displays correctly and the parameter fields are correct.  So the insert into my tables functions perfectly.

I exported that dynamic form out and imported it onto two other pages but changed some of the questions.  But the setup is the same -  one page with indoo grid passing in the DSParam1 & 2 onto dynamic forms.

At first it seemed to be working, but here is what I'm running into.

The URL is correct with the parameters but the fields on the dynamic forms are cached from the very last insert (even if it was on a different page).

    URL :   DSparam1=1234&DSParam2=5677

    Fields on page:   DSParam1 =  9876  DSParam2 = 6544  (last record parameters)

I'm wondering if me exporting out the first dynamic form template and importing it on to my two other pages is causing the problem.  Half the form is the same so I figured that was easier then recreating each form.

What's even more strange - is I can be editing the form on any of the pages and the parameters are still displayed. Even though I didn't pass any in.

Hopefully that made sense and someone can give me some help.

    Hello Angela,

It doesn't sound like a caching issue.

It sounds like DSParam1 and DSParam2 is also being stored as a SESSION or COOKIE variable. Please review the DSParam1 and DSParam2 Questions in your Dynamic Forms and see if you have pass or retrieve variable values from Cookie or Session variables. If you have these enabled, this is probably the issue.

Or if you have initial SQL Binding enabled, you'll want to review your SQL Query. Perhaps it's pulling in the most recent record(Check only if you're utilizing this feature).

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan

You are brilliant.  I've never had problems checking off those boxes before. Somehow the 'session' box got checked.  Everything is working now.

    Thanks!
