Please use the attached screenshot as reference.  I have a client Web site and trying to export results to Excel of one of the Dynamic Forms instances and the look is completely jumbled up.

Within the Module Configuration settings and View Results Option section...

I tried form-facing display options as well as, attempted exporting with the short field names as the columns to excel, tried using a CSV delimiter, no success.  Everything exported is similar looking to what I have attached.

I don't have an export file option type like it shows in the user guide (drop-down, I assume it gives you a choice of an Excel file or CSV file).

Would exporting it as an .xlsx file as opposed to .xls make any difference if it can be configured?

If a solution requires me to run an SQL procedure, I personally do not have Host credentials to run any possible procedure(s), but I can pass this along to people who do have such access and walk them through it accordingly - I've done related procedures in the past with Dynamic Forms.

    Thanks for any assistance,
    Jack

Just realized to check...form version is 3.40.50.0, that at least answers the question of why I don't have the option to export as a CSV or Excel file.

Hi Jack - Yes, some of these features were added into the 4.0 and 4.1 versions of Dynamic Forms.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Chad
