    Hi Ryan

    I saw that Data Springs offered these services so I put together an RFQ and came to your website to find out where to send it. Oppsss.... Data Springs doesn't provide any email addresses on their website for customers to send RFQ's to. So I thought I would just call and get an email address - Oppssss..... Data Springs doesn't provide any phone numbers for potential clients to contact them. Nor do they provide their physical address.

    Based on the above I might think that Data Springs is A) Fly-by-night or a really small mom & pop type business since those are the ones that usually don't provide contact or physical location info or B) Has so much business they really don't need mine.

    Since I am a long time DNN community member I knew that A wasn't true so that left me with B - hence this post.

    Now based on your above reply and reading the link you provided I am left wondering - does Data Springs expect me to deposit the $720.00 minimum and then take a wild stab at what the entire project might cost based on how quickly the $720.00 was used????

    Hi Greg,

    You can contact us a few different ways (first, we never moderate any forums or remove them so this is a pretty direct route) and you can also click on the "Contact" link at the top upper left.

    We do not post email's here because they typically get parsed by spiders and added to spam email lists. We will reply to you though if you fill out the Contact form so you have our email.

    Thanks for the info Chad.

    I understand the email spiders issue. I will contact you via your web form. I didn't do that initially because, when in "consumer mode", I really don't like Contact Us web forms. I think it is because in my experience web form inquiries tend to get "lost" vs. sending something to a real email address. This is probably left over from the early days when people would set these up with an info@ or sales@ email address and then forget to check it! :-)
