We have added the dynamic registration module in order to be able to distinguish groups according to thier roles. Now that we are able to do this, we would like to be able to send emails to these different groups whenever we would like to. I know that the dynamic registration module allows you to send an email to the different role groups by creating a "Dynamic Event...email" when they are registering or updating thier registration on the site. The question I have is, how do I set it up for me to be able to send emails to different groups whenever I would like to? Do I need a certain version of dynamic registration in order for this to happen?

    Christian,

Hi. Well actually this is easy to do. Since you are using Dynamic Registration module to add them to specific security roles you can then use the standard newsletter module that DotNetNuke has (under Admin, Newsletter) and select the specific role that you would like to correspondence too.

That is what I thought but when I did that, the people that were in listed in the security role did not receive anything. Did I miss something in the core integration?
