    I need to be able to collect dates and times and then store them in a datetime (SQL Server 2005) column for event schedules.  Does DF 2.6 have a field that I can employ for this?  I have used a "Date" field and a text field for the time with option values being in the format HH:MM:SS AM|PM, however I can't get my SQL-driven form completion event to create a datetime field value from these two.

    Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Within your SQL Event I would check (and maybe search the web for t-sql) for Cast and Convert of date time.

    For example:
    Insert Into Table(YourDateTime) Values(convert(datetime, 'Aug 15, 2008 00:00:00.0000')

    I would test your insert statement first, and then after that change out the date with your $(Date) or $(Date) + $(Time) tokens.

    Thanks, Chad - here's what I ended up doing...

    I set my start and stop time QuestionOptionValues to be in the 24-hour format HH:MM, then just converted them to the datetime format and updated:

    update Recruitment_Input_Meetings set MeetingDateStart = cast(TimeStart as datetime) from [dbo].[Recruitment_Input_Meetings];

    update Recruitment_Input_Meetings set MeetingDateStop = cast(TimeStop as datetime) from [dbo].[Recruitment_Input_Meetings]

    Thanks for the pointers!
