I just installed DF 2.7, added the module to an existing page, planning to replace an XMod form. Logged in as Portal Admin, looked at Module Configuration options, but did not save any changes. Hit Exit to Switched back to the Drag-n-Drop interface. Typed "Company" in to the Quick Add field label, then dragged the New Textbox Icon and dropped it on to the new fields icon. After a brief server round-trip and a page reload, the field was NOT added and at the top of the page, above the DNN control panel, the following plain text was displayed:
Conversion from type 'DBNull' to type 'Integer' is not valid. at
Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToInteger(Object
Value) at
DataSprings.Modules.DynamicForms.SqlDataProvider.GetMaxSortOrder(Int32
ModuleID) at

DataSprings.Modules.DynamicForms.DynamicForms.CreateQuickField(String
strTargetFieldType, String strFieldLabel, Guid guidTargetField) at
DataSprings.Modules.DynamicForms.DynamicForms.Page_Load(Object sender,
EventArgs e)
I have tried deleting and re-adding the module to the page, same results. I have tried dragging and dropping most other field types; all give the same error message. I have created a new, blank page, added the module to the page, click Settings, then Cancel (to skip the intro screen), then typed Company, then Drag/Dropped; same error again.
Is this a bug or have I missed/skipped an install or setup step? Thanks - Jeremy
