'mobile' form problem

    Hi,

    when I create a form with dynamic forms, and want to use it on a smartphone, I can not submit it, not with the html button, nor with the linkbutton...

    Can anybody help me?

    HI Natascha

    We don't have a smartphone to test out at Data Springs. However, you can try the following methods:

    1) go to betasprings.com under dynamic forms on your desktop computer and see if you can access the URL page to be sure it work first
    2) if it works on your desktop, try to create a simple page with only two fields (ie. last name / first name) and see if this will load on your smartphone
    3) try turning of forms validation if you have any
    4) Another words, try simplifying the URL page, getting rid of any extra items to narrow down to the conflict that is causing it not to load on the smartphone
    5) also, within betaspring, perform a printerable URL and with the URL, take off the skin items, etc and see if it will load without using any skins

    Having exactly the same problem. Created a simple, skinless page form that works fine with workstation browsers but the variables are not working in Windows mobile. Form submits properly but all fields are blank. Any suggestions about how to get Windows mobile to work? Very important...

    OK. Windows Mobile 5 and 6 don't have Javascript support. Is that the issue?
