Hi there, I've just installed Info Pics OK from Snowcovered.

However all my images are in a sub-folder called Images but the InfoPics Administration module only displays the root folder, I can't see the Images sub-folder? How do I select the sub-folders in InfoPics Administration?

From a Media module on the same page I can see the Images sub-folder and contents ok.

    Best regards,

    Alan

    Hi Candace/Chad,

thanks for the login details for Beta Springs.

    http://www.betasprings.com/Info-Pic...fault.aspx

I have replicated both issues on Beta Springs for you. You can clearly see the white space issue and why it should be under control.

The Info Pics set should contain the three images displayed in the RightHandPane, however you cannot select the Church image for inclusion in the Info Pics set because it resides in a sub-folder below root called /gallery, the Wey Navigation Canal image resides in a second level sub-folder called /gallery/1082 and also can't be selected.

Basically Info Pics doesn't appear to support images anywhere other than root whilst the Media module can correctly access sub-folders ok.

    Best regards,

    Alan

Ok I've got to start populating the main gallery page today. I've been putting it off for as long as I could, hoping for a solution. However with none forthcoming, I guess I'll have to copy all those images from the neat directory structure into the root of my DNN portal. What a nightmare!!!

    Alan,

Hi. Sorry we were not able to get a patch out faster for this, we do have this logged out and it will be fixed in the next release. I am surprised this has never come up before!

    Hi Chad,

Can you also let me know when the patch is for this as I have the same problem as Alan.

    Cheers

    Scott
