    I am testing me new installation.  My newsletters work fine, but my e-mail  campaigns all go to my "send from" address.  I've looked in my settings, and can't find the problem.

     

    Any ideas?

    Hi Elizabeth,

    Can you please verify if you have Test Mode Enabled is not checked in Email Campaign Configuration?  If this is checked, the emails will only go to you as a test so you can see what happens before you actually send it to your subscribers.  Thanks!

    No, "test mode enabled" is not checked, but that is exactly how it is behaving...

    Ok, I have done this the other way now. When I check"test mode enabled" then it will send to my other addresses.

    My copy of the software seems a little confused...

    Hmmm...we don't want confused software.    I'm glad you at least got it working.  I'll let our dev team know about this.  Hopefully, we'll get it straightened out by next release. Thanks!

    BTW, can you please check Host, Module Definitions the exact version number of your Opt In Email?

    I haven't heard of plans to do that yet but we created a quick menu for the control panel icons. Check it out on www.betasprings.com (use host / dnnhost to log in). So far, the main module which handles lists and subscribers will remain separate from the Advanced Email which handles the newsletters and email campaigns but we'll consider your suggestion for future releases. Thanks!
