    I would like required fields to be labeled on the form all the time (not just when the user missed one).  I am sure this is relativley simple, but I cannot seem to figure it out.  Also when the user hits submit and they miss a required field is there a way to have something noticeable popup to let them know they missed required fields?

    Hi Josh,

    Do you have Dynamic Forms 3.0? If you do, simply go to Module Configuration and under Validation Configuration, find the setting that says 'Display * next to field label.'

    Let me know if you don't have 3.0 and I'll give you other tips. Thanks!

    Hello

    I do have 3.0 but there is no "display * next to field label."  I did however check "display validation summary message" and filled out "validation error message."  that didnt seem to work however

    Sorry, I'm was looking at an unreleased update for 3.0 where we're doing organizing improvements in Module Configuration.  (coming soon!)

    In your version, you'll find this under General Settings.  

    Otherwise, please check out the Asterisk page on our test site, www.betasprings.com (use host & dnnhost to log in) and you can see how these were done.  Thanks!
