I'm trying to implement a page much like your Example No. 14 where I have a dynamic forms module and a DNN Reporting Module on the same page.  I've created a Dynamic Form Completion Event to insert the users response into a table.  Then the Reporting Module calls a stored procedure which uses the data in my table to filter the report results.

The problem I'm having is that the report module doesn't change unless I click the "save" button twice.  It's almost like the report is rendering before the Form Completion Event.  Have you run into this issue before?  I'm using DNN 5.01.02...

HI, after you click on submit for your Dynamic Forms to create a record, can you try hitting F5 (refresh) the browser and see if the DNN reports module will update it's listing? -- David

Yes - The report module updates after a refresh.

The only way I've been able to get this to work is to create a second page that looks exactly the same as the first page. The first page redirects to the second on save and the second redirects to the first on save. Both modules pass/retrieve values via the query string. It's a hack, but it seems to work.

If anyone has additional thoughts/ideas it would be appreciated.

DNN reports module needs a page refresh to retrieve the data you just submitted from Dynamic Forms. What you can do instead is to redirect to the same page (using http URL as opposed to page) instead of another page and perhaps this would work better for you. --David
