I have a form that users will fill data in and it submits and moves information just fine. I recently purchased an SSL cert and forced the site to usse SSL. Everything still works except to be able to export to an excel file. Is there something I can do to get this to work again?

    Thanks
    Clyde

HI, very strange. When you click on "Export to Excel" feature of Dynamic Forms, is there any error message on the browser? DO you see any detailed error message under Admin / Event Viewer as well? -- David To

    Yes, it says:
Unable to download Default.aspx from college,collegepayplan.com.
Unable to open the Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

When I disable the ssl it seems to work correctly.

There are no events in the event viewer about it.

    Clyde,

For some reason this started happening specifically with Internet Explorer and SSL. We are still researching why but if you google IE and SSL. You will find if you use another browser the download should work... Can you try this and let me know (such as FireFox?). I think what is happening is that we are redirecting to an HTTP address for the file download instead of an HTTPS address but I am still researching.

It might also work if you add the site as a 'Trusted Site' as mentioned here:

Hi Chad, it does work in Firefox but not as a trusted site. This allows me to get the data without turning off ssl, so thats the main thing. Thanks so much for your help. I will keep watching in hopes that there is a fix for IE.

    Thanks again,

    Clyde
