    Ver:3.3.40.0 / 5.4.1
    Have a fairly simple form (all text fields, no events, sql, etc.) with some fields that are hidden from the user but are available to the admins to enter extra data (advanced features, view form results, edit record).  However, after submitting and redisplaying, the extra data is not saved.  Any clues?

    Hi Scott,

    Let me ask you a couple of questions first.

    1.  How are you hiding the field -- in Advanced field options, hide from role?

    2.  How is the admin accessing the form to edit -- from View Form Results?  Or are you using the View/Edit tokens as shown in Demo # 23?

    We're hiding it using Show Fields by Role.  We're editing using the View Form Results, then editing the record using the edit link.

    Thanks, Scott.  I'll ask you to do a few things for me.

    1.  Please access the latest Dynamic Forms 3.3.61 from your Snowcovered account in Patches and Hotfixes (or in MyDownloads if you own the Collection 3.0).

    2.  If the problem persists after installing it, let me know if the field will save the values in edit IF the field is not hidden.

    3.  Also, please try to duplicate this over at our test site, www.betasprings.com (log in with host  /  dnnhost ) and just create your own page with the right parent page.  Let us know your results and the URL to your test page so we can review further. Thanks!
