I have an order form for a site that I can't possible train the user(s) to maintain when they desire to add new items, prices, etc.. as the client-side events must be updated for each field to calculate subtotals for all items.
I willing to rewrite the form and client-side events based on the premise that a 'maintenance' form could populate the order form.
Meaning the order form owner would access a maintenance form to enter the details of a new entry that would populate the end-user order form.
This ultimately implies many things - the content of the new entry on the maintenance form would create new/copy fields on the order form and update variables in the client-side events of all the previous fields to capture subtotals. This seems extreme but reasonable as I imagine it would require multiple stored procedures.
I would appreciate any insight for those who have attempted such and if it is even possible with DF.
