I have a PayPal integration issue which after thorough research, I'm fairly confident is an issue on their end.  Most suggestions have recommended me to get the PayPal transaction process going in a new browser window regarding this issue.

The PayPal type is PayPal standard and I get the same message regardless of the browser type, and I have my cache and cookies cleared, etc.

The message I get, from PayPal's site, is...

"Sorry - your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."

This message results after clicking the standard Dynamics Forms link to submit the form.  So, I am assuming that my setup in Dynamics Forms to communicate with PayPal is accurate and correct.

Is there a way to submit a Dynamics Form and upon submittal, it open in a new browser window?

The client I am working with is likely making a jump to Payments Pro so that eventually will likely change things, but I'd like to see if this works as a short-term solution, and for my own curiosity as well.

To reference, another site we worked on in the past (which is no longer public and just on our production/test site internally) - I have pretty much the exact same setup with PayPal using Dynamics Forms, and transactions worked in the past - without leaving the current browser window.

I tested this out yesterday to see if errors would result, and I got the exact same message.

Let me know if you need more information.  Thanks for any help or insight.

    Update:

Not dismissing that the above could be a solution, but the issue could be somewhere else within Dynamics Forms.

I was able to go to PayPal successfully in this situation - without entering any basic contact information/text data. Basically, I just passed through a number/monetary amount on Dynamics Forms, and PayPal read it - I was able to be redirected to PayPal successfully (didn't finish the payment process - not concerned about that yet).

However, when I tried to add basic contact info as well (which would also be read by PayPal), I don't have success and get that same message. PayPal tokens and Dynamic Field tokens seem to match up and everything as well. It just doesn't make sense.

Going to keep investigating. Again any help or insight is much appreciated.

    Last and hopefully final update.

I think I finally got everything to work and DF and PayPal to be in-sync with each other.  PayPal tokens had spaces in them, which for better/worse is sometimes hard for me personally to pick up in the Dynamics Forms general settings.  I re-typed everything manually without spaces and that did the trick.

Still, a major embarrassing *forehead smack* moment for me trying to fix this for the past 2 days.
