Hello Ken,
I would recommend creating a SQL Table to store the following information if a User can only submit this form once:
* ID
* UserID
* PDF File Name
Upon form completion have a SQL Completion Event that inserts into this table. That way you can keep track of the User and the PDF Name.
Of course this only works if a User is registered for an account on your site and logged in.
If this isn't the case then this won't work.
If the user can submit the form multiple times(have multiple PDF events) the your SQL Table will need the following columns:
* ID
* UserID
* PDF File Name
* Date of Submission
Now based on the page that you need to display the User's PDF event(s) you can use a module like Tailored Text/HTML to SQL Bind the User's PDF events that are inside of the SQL Table by referencing the users ID.
