I like this module, but one feature that would make it even better, in my opinion, would be to add a "radio-button list plus Other" type. Selecting the "Other" option would show a textbox, for the end user to describe their unusual answer to the question.
In my experience, this is a very common item in forms. The behavior can be reproduced in the module as it stands, so it's not critical. But the procedure to do it is time-consuming for such a common behavior. (I've only been using the module for a short time, creating maybe a dozen forms with it, and I've needed to do this on at least 3/4 of them.) Additionally, it appears that the way I've been doing it -- with an EventQuestion forcing a hidden question visible -- breaks client-side validation on the radiolist.
