Problem with Question Event based on Country Selection

    I'm using 3.2.7 with DNN5.0.1 - I want to validate UK Postcodes against a regular expression if United Kingdom is selected in the Country list. If any other Country is selected then the PostCode doesn't get validated.

    I have set up two fields UKPostCode (hidden until forced visible by question event, and with a regular expression validator) and PostalCode, a text box with no special attributes set.

    I then try to set up two Question Events one to display UKPostCode when Country = United Kingdom and the other to hide PostalCode for the same condition.

    In Question Event the Initiation/Postback Question is set to Country - BUT there is no option to select the Initiation Response - I would have expected to see a dropdownlist of the Countries for me to be able to select one.  The only way that I can get UKPostCode to appear is to tick Fire For Any Response - and that defeats the whole object!!

    Also in the Country field I have Default Value = "United Kingdom" but that has no effect on it being selected in the dropdownlist - a blank is the selected option.
