Can you please access the Dynamic Forms 3.3.50 patch from your Snowcovered account in Patches and Hotfixes or in MyDownloads if you have the Collection 3.0?  Let us know if that clears up the issue for you. Thanks!

DataSprings to the rescue!  Yes, that took care of it.  I didn't realize that patches for the module package end up in the module downloads section, and not in the pacthes section, so I had only installed the previous patch.  I've purchases so many of your modules that my SnowCovered account is mass confusion sometimes
