Dynamic Views - empty dropdown for Dynamic Forms instance

    Dynamic Views
    Version: 2.0.10

    Dynamic Forms
    Version: 3.40.30

    DNN Professional
    Version: 5.60.00

    When I select to use a Dynamic forms instance for the data source, the drop down to select a Dynamic Forms instance is empty, although there is a Dynamic Forms instance on another page (with 2 records).

    Hello Eric,

    Can you please go to Host -> SQL and try to run this query:

     Alter Procedure {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}DataSprings_DynamicViews_LoadDynamicForms] @PortalID Int AS Select A.ModuleID, B.ModuleTitle + ' / ModuleID: ' + Cast(A.ModuleID as nvarchar(7)) As ModuleTitle from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Modules] A Inner Join {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}TabModules] B on A.ModuleID = B.ModuleID Where ModuleDefID In (Select ModuleDefID from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}ModuleDefinitions] where FriendlyName like '%Dynamic Forms%') AND PortalID = @PortalID AND A.IsDeleted =0

    If this query results in an error from Host-> SQL saying it doesn't exist, then run this query:

     Create Procedure {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}DataSprings_DynamicViews_LoadDynamicForms] @PortalID Int AS Select A.ModuleID, B.ModuleTitle + ' / ModuleID: ' + Cast(A.ModuleID as nvarchar(7)) As ModuleTitle from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Modules] A Inner Join {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}TabModules] B on A.ModuleID = B.ModuleID Where ModuleDefID In (Select ModuleDefID from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}ModuleDefinitions] where FriendlyName like '%Dynamic Forms%') AND PortalID = @PortalID AND A.IsDeleted =0

    After getting a successful query message, please go back to your Dynamic View and try to use a form instance.

    The stored procedure was not there. Running the create fixed the issue. Thanks!

    I have the same issue, but after running the SP I still have nothing in my dropdown.

    2.0.1.20807 / 5.4.2 of Dynamic Views
