Ok I did It myself
To use
niceform in your Dynamic Registration you can do what I did:
I add this line of code in above of niceforms.js and then add it in initial javascript section:

$(document).ready(function () {
$('table[ID*="tblEmail"]').wrap('<form> class="niceform"></form>');
/* niceform.js content Here
});
})(jQuery);
tblEmail is where I want to use niceform in there.
and in "Submit / Save Javascript: " Section Add this jQuery Code:
$('table[ID*="tblEmail"]').unwrap(); Enjoy Your new Look Forms.
