Hi

i'm running dnn 7.0.6 and installed Opt In - Opt In Email Version 5.0.0, I'm setting this module for the first time on this website, i created the two mailing list successfully and went to module configuration when i try to update the settings on module configuration nothing happends and when i check on my event viewer this is the error that i'm getting.

Is this an upgrade or a fresh install?

Please run this under Host > SQL:

Alter Table ModuleSettings
Alter Column SettingValue nvarchar(MAX) Null

Then go to Host > Host Settings and click restart application.

its a fresh install its not an upgrade.

After i've ran your SQL Script now i'm getting the following error and i can't update or save any of my changes on the Opt in Email and when i check the event viewer i get this error below.

Hi. Hmm, so you did run that query under Host/SQL and then you went to host, host settings and clicked "Restart Application"?

Did you receive any errors when you ran that SQL Script under host/SQL?
Alter Table ModuleSettings
Alter Column SettingValue nvarchar(MAX) Null

If you are still having a problem you might need to bounce IIS and then if you still have a problem please open a support ticket with us and provide us with temporary host rights.
