You might want to open up a support case on Snowcovered for this but basically there are a few things:
[Scott] O.K. I guess I can do that but what is the difference between posting the issue on your site vs. snowcovered?
1. Make sure your registration is set to public within DotNetNuke (Admin, Site Settings).
[Scott] Yes, it is set to public.
2. Make sure within general settings do you do not have the option checked 'Do not sign user in after registration'
[Scott] Correct, this is not checked
3. Also, if you think it happens sometimes but not other times you might want to see if there are any differences in the form responses. Does it also still redirect them but just not sign them in, etc...
[Scott] My form is pretty basic. I have user,firstname, lastname, country, email, password and confirm password (all which are mandatory). The only variable is a check box to link to an optin newsletter.
If open a web browser (tried with IE or Firefox) then go to the register page and fill out (whether or not I select the newsletter) and then click register I am not logged in. However if I leave the window open and click on register and try again, then it works.
If I logout and then click on register the process repeats itself, first time fails second time works.
