    I am using DynUD 02.40.20 with DNN 04.09.00.

    Thought my search was working fine until one of my members could not search and find his information in the search.  I did a little poking around and found that many users are not included in the results.  So, I started removing search criteria.  I ended up removing all the criteria.  No luck.

    I guess I am wondering if there are any known issues where the search result does not include all records that meet the criteria?

    Hi Dan,

    We have not received a similar report. This is strange. What types of criteria were you using? Also, in settings, did you define any filters? Are you excluding any roles?

    I don't think anything unusual. I am running a DNN Report Module on the same page. The report module uses a SQL Query to produce a report of all users. If I try to get DynUD to do the same, it omits many records - even when I get rid of the criteria. I might try moving the SQL report to another page to see if there is a possible conflict.

    I am puzzled by it.

    I worked on this a little more. I cannot determine if the Report Module caused the problem. I moved it to another page but that did not help.

    I was able to start with a fresh page and fresh Dynamic User Directory module and it seems to work fine. The new module returns 538 record the old one returns 240. I am building the search step by step to see if it fails at some point.

    I will let you know if I find out any obvious cause.
