    I have a form that uses Paypal and a form completion event  (SendMail).

    In the Paypal settings, when I try to add the event to Paypal settings and click Update Paypal / Completion Event, the page will refresh but not hold the values.  When I submit a form, there is no redirect to paypal.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jon

    Hello Jon. Thanks for your post. Let me ask a few questions to make sure I understand your situation.

    1. Was this an upgrade or a new installation of Dyn. Forms?

    2. Is your setup similar to what we have here (login with host and dnnhost as username and password).  Are your settings the same?

    3. While in the Module Config - Payment Gateway page, are you hitting "

    I hope this helps. Let us know if this works. Thanks.

    Is there an issue with an upgrade? I have upgraded to 2.6. The reason I ask is that I have set up three PayPal email event (on Completed, Pending, and Failure) and I am not getting my total to show on the email. I am also not getting redirected to PayPal. After I click the Submit button my page is redirected to my Home page (that I select in Module Configuration). I am calculating my total in a ClientSideEvent which is

    Total.innerHTML = 'Your total comes to:  ' + '$' + CalculateCheckBoxListValues($(Venues_FieldID), $(Venues_ValueFieldID)) + ''

    This shows up fine on the form and calculates properly. It just does not seem to getting to PayPal. I believe I have everything set up properly. Any suggestions?

    When you go to 'Payment Gateway' do you have the gateway enabled? If you have the gateway enabled it should be redirecting to either the Sandbox PayPal environment or the production PayPal environment.

    Candace,

    Thanks for the reply. Well, it seems my troubles are over... I originally installed DF using Firefox and this is where I was having problems. I'm not saying that FF was the cause. But I deleted DF from the portal (after I exported the form) and reinstalled using IE. Then I imported the module, made a few changes and it worked.

    Thanks for the help.

    One last question, can I use jQuery in the forms?

    Sorry, Jon,  jQuery is currently not supported but I'm glad that your forms are working for you now.
