Hi fellow customers, vendors, and DotNetNuke community members!
I am pleased to announce the first blog post for Data Springs... Why a blog? Many of you are already very familar with our community forums (at http://www.datasprings.com/Community-Support), a very popular resource for both Data Springs Modules and also general DotNetNuke Module Questions and Resources. To date, we have over 14,000+ forum posts within the community support area with over 3,500 topics! Although the forums are an amazing asset to our staff and customers, we decided to begin to offer a blog for staff and qualified customers who wish to share module implementation stories, tutorials or help, walk throughs, testimonials, or general news and information.
Who can blog? Blogging is currently open to:
- Data Springs Developers and Support Staff
- DotNetNuke Vendors - Are you a DNN Vendor who uses Data Springs Modules? Our blog can help you share your experiences with Data Springs and reach out to potential customers
- River Guide Customers - 'River Guides' as we refer to them in-house, are elite customers within the Data Springs Community Support forums who have posted over 60+ forum threads. Are you a river guide and need access to post a blog? Please let us know!
I am fascinated by some of the implementation stories I hear from customers and vendors using Data Springs products, and as the Founder and Chief Developer I am always eager to hear more. With years of DNN module development under our belt, It has always amazed me after we release a new module release how the version and enhancements and generate more interesting enhancements (very snowball effect). A single enhancement request can often end up creating hundreds of new implementations for our modules and then from there generate new ideas... We would like to keep those ideas flowing, so our 'virtual door' is always open and we greatly appreciate your feedback.
Hope you enjoy and make use of our new blog! I am sure you will see many new blog posts down the rilver soon!
