Hi.. Currently just email, the forums, or a support ticket. We tried in the past to have a ‘Gemini’ support type system for bugs but this can create a lot of headache between trying to keep up with everything (blogs, forums, support tickets, emails, etc…). Its also difficult to determine a specific bug sometimes because it can depend on customers DNN versions, their hosting, etc… This is not to say there are not legitimate bugs, only that its just another avenue and its difficult to maintain so many areas. -Chad |
